What are the containers made from?

Our containers are made from food-grade platinum silicone and BPA-free polypropylene. completely free from harmful chemicals, phthalates, and odours — safe for the whole family including young children

Are they microwave, freezer, and oven safe?

Microwave-safe with lid removed, freezer-safe to -40°C, oven-safe to 220°C without the lid. the lids and clips are not oven-safe. always remove the lid before microwaving to allow steam to escape.

Are they dishwasher safe?

Top rack only. the high heat of the bottom rack can warp the polypropylene lid over time. we recommend removing the silicone gasket from the lid before washing so both pieces get a thorough clean.

How do I remove odours or stains?

For odours, soak in warm water and white vinegar for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. for stains from tomato-based sauces, exposure to sunlight helps and apply a baking soda and water paste and leave for 15 minutes before rinsing. avoid bleach — it degrades silicone over time.
